Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations
  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge
  • No-Show: Full booking amount will be charged for no-shows
Special Rates & Packages
  • Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Special promotional rates may have different cancellation terms
  • Group bookings (5+ rooms) have separate cancellation policies

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank Charges: Any bank processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Modification Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences
  • Room upgrades/downgrades can be requested based on availability
  • Guest name changes require advance notice and may incur charges

Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests to:

  • Reschedule bookings without penalty
  • Provide full refunds when rescheduling is not possible
  • Offer alternative accommodations if available

Early Departure

  • Early departure charges may apply for unused nights
  • Refunds for early departure are at management discretion
  • Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

If you have concerns about charges or refunds:

  • Contact our front desk immediately during your stay
  • Submit written complaints within 48 hours of checkout
  • We will investigate and respond within 72 hours
