By using Hotel Ozone 24's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations and Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your booking
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and additional charges

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Additional charges for services used during your stay will be added to your bill
• All rates are subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in date
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges
• Refund processing may take 5-7 business days

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Hotel Policies

• Pets are not allowed unless specified as pet-friendly rooms
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted
• Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service
• Lost key cards will incur replacement charges

Liability

Hotel Ozone 24 is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

Force Majeure

Hotel Ozone 24 shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
